Cafe Kitchen Lead

The Raft Cafe is a new cafe + cozy play area opening in the next few weeks near the Delaney Park Strip in Anchorage, AK. We're looking for a dependable and motivated Kitchen Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in quality food preparation, and works well with others.

A typical shift may include:

Preparing gourmet sandwiches, soups, and salads Making housemade sauces, aiolis, baked goods, and other scratch-made items Managing daily kitchen prep and food organization Restocking ingredients and maintaining clean, organized stations Supporting teammates and jumping in wherever needed during busy shifts What we're looking for: Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred Strong attention to detail and food quality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude with reliable attendance Food safety and sanitation awareness

Schedule:

Weekday/weekend availability required Flexible scheduling available, including part-time, full-time, and seasonal positions Pay starting at $18.00+ per hour, plus tips Pay depends on experience

Qualifications:
