Duties Supervise daily café operations, including food preparation, serving, and cash handling using Lead staff training and development to ensure high standards of customer service, food safety, and food handling procedures Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate food production to minimize waste and optimize resources Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between team members and maintaining productivity during busy hours Enforce food safety regulations and cleanliness standards in compliance with health codes Assist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to build a strong, motivated staff Coordinate with staff for food preparation, catering events Experience Proven supervising experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on hospitality management Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food service management within casual dining or fine dining settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and sales transactions Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes Strong leadership skills with previous experience in staff training, team management, and shift supervision Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures related to the food industry Prior hotel or restaurant management experience is highly desirable; barista or coffee experience is a plus Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences!
