This role is essential in providing high-quality food service and support within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and safety guidelines. Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including banquet services when required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Follow food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all food served. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service flow. Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Skills in food preparation, handling, and presentation are highly valued Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and teamwork. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
