Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks using equipment like espresso machines and coffee brewers Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or baked goods in accordance with food safety standards Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations for change and sales totals Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring product freshness at all times Qualifications Previous barista or food service experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Square for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform basic math calculations for sales, cash handling, and retail math tasks accurately Understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper food preparation techniques Experience in serving or retail environments demonstrating reliability and teamwork skills Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes a difference! Pay:
