We're looking for team members who bring positive energy and enjoy being part of something bigger than just "another coffee shop".Position OverviewWe are seeking an all-around Cafe Team Member who is willing to learn and assist in all areas of the cafe, including:

Espresso drink preparationFood prep & line cookingCustomer serviceOrder taking & POS operationCleaning & stockingOpening/closing responsibilitiesDaily cafe operationsNo extensive coffee experience? That's okay! Willingness to learn and be trained is a must. We are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset. Pay is based on experience.

Average hourly earnings with tips:

$18-25 an hour.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety throughout their shift and takes pride in creating a welcoming customer experience.

Applicants should be available for early mornings and at least one weekend day. Reliability and consistent attendance are extremely important for this role.

Most shifts are completed by approximately 2:30PM, making this a great fit for parents with school-aged children.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare espresso beverages, coffees, smoothies, teas, and other specialty drinksPrepare and assemble food items while following recipes and food safety standardsWork the cafe line during busy rushes while maintaining speed and qualityGreet customers, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer serviceOperate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions responsiblyMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe, kitchen, and dining areasRestock ingredients, supplies, cups, food items, and retail products as neededAssist with opening and closing proceduresWork collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive work environmentFollow all food safety, sanitation, and operational proceduresQualificationsPositive attitude and strong work ethicExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn all areas of cafe operationsDependable, punctual, and team-orientedComfortable working mornings and weekendsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20lbsPrevious cafe, barista, restaurant, kitchen, or customer service experience is preferred, but not requiredGrowth OpportunityWe value team members who are motivated to learn and grow with us.
