Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for someone friendly, reliable, and comfortable working independently in our on-site café. As a Café Team Member, you'll prepare made-to-order drinks, maintain a clean environment, and create warm connections with guests starting or ending their adventures near Zion. This position is seasonal , and many shifts may be solo, so confidence and self-direction are important. Café team members also receive tips, giving you the opportunity to earn above your hourly rate Responsibilities Prepare coffee, drinks, and light food items Greet and interact with guests in a warm, welcoming way Maintain café cleanliness, restock items, and follow food safety basics Assist with inventory and ordering Handle POS transactions and follow opening/closing procedures Drive golf carts for guest deliveries when needed Assist other departments when possible Support a positive, team-centered environment Requirements Friendly, calm, and great with people Able to work independently Comfortable standing and lifting up to 40 lbs Basic café/coffee experience is helpful but not required Weekend availability Reliable and organized Schedule Seasonal resort: Closed December-January, reopens February Interviewing now; onboarding and training begin February 16-40 hours per week Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on occupancy Mix of solo and team shifts About Zion Wildflower Resort Zion Wildflower Resort is a luxury glamping destination located just minutes from the entrance of Zion National Park. Our property features a unique mix of canvas tents, covered wagons, and modern bungalows, giving guests a one-of-a-kind experience surrounded by stunning desert views. We focus on creating memorable moments through genuine hospitality, warm service, and teamwork. As a staff, we embrace our core values of Results, Experience, Accountability, and Loyalty in everything we do.
