Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a friendly, dependable person who enjoys meeting new people and helping them have an amazing stay near Zion National Park. Front Desk Agents at Zion Wildflower Resort help guests navigate their glamping experience, solve problems, and create warm, memorable interactions. This position is seasonal , and weekend/holiday availability is required. Hospitality experience is great but not required — we're happy to train the right person. About Us Zion Wildflower Resort is a boutique-style resort located just minutes from Zion National Park. Our team is friendly, supportive, and guest-focused, and we take pride in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for both guests and staff. We are open seasonally and typically close during December and January, reopening each February . About the Position This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced but positive environment, and loves being part of a close-knit team. Every day brings something a little different, but you'll always feel supported, appreciated, and encouraged to grow. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs Answer phones and respond to questions in a friendly, professional manner Provide recommendations for activities, dining, and local attractions Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest requests efficiently Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding guest needs Assist with light office tasks as needed (emails, printing, organizing, etc.) Uphold resort policies to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience Qualifications Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Comfortable using computers and basic reservation systems Able to remain calm and professional in busy or stressful moments Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Perks & Work Environment Supportive, friendly team that truly feels like a community Beautiful resort environment with opportunities to be outside Consistent management support and training Employee discounts on merch, room nights, and more Work-life balance is a priority here — we believe in taking care of our staff Schedule Seasonal resort: Closed December-January, reopens February Interviewing now; onboarding and training begin ASAP Shifts may include mornings, evenings ( REQUIRED ), weekends ( REQUIRED ), or holidays depending on occupancy Full-time or part-time availability accepted (16-30 hours) About Zion Wildflower Resort Zion Wildflower Resort is a luxury glamping destination located just minutes from the entrance of Zion National Park. Our property features a unique mix of canvas tents, covered wagons, and modern bungalows, giving guests a one-of-a-kind experience surrounded by stunning desert views. We focus on creating memorable moments through genuine hospitality, warm service, and teamwork.
