Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with integrity and accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling and food safety standards Assist in food preparation tasks to ensure timely service during busy periods Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers quickly while maintaining quality standards Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels Experience Previous barista or café experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with coffee making and food service operations Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also independently managing responsibilities Join us in creating memorable café experiences!
