Job Summary:

Manfredi Cold Storage & Distribution is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Cafeteria Manager to lead our on-site retail operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building something from the ground up. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, innovative, and hands-on, with a strong background in people management, retail operations, and food service development.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily retail operations, including staff management, inventory control, and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Utilize strong leadership and team-building skills to motivate and develop staff for consistent performance excellence. Exercise creative problem-solving and strategic planning to conceptualize and launch a new cafeteria within our Cold Storage Facility. Maintain efficient inventory processes , ensuring accurate tracking and cost control. Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving conflicts with professionalism and tact. Collaborate with senior management to align store goals with company objectives and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications & Key Traits:

Proven experience managing food, beverages, or retail operations. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and bring ideas to life. Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory systems, and retail analytics . Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills . A driven, high-energy professional who thrives on achieving measurable results in a dynamic environment.
