Job Description
Summary:
The Cashier provides outstanding guest service while handling a variety of financial transactions in support of casino operations. Responsibilities include redeeming slot tickets, check cashing, currency exchanges, jackpot payouts, and assisting team members with cash handling needs. This role also supports Player's Club services by issuing cards, entering membership data, and promoting club benefits.Key Duties:
Greet and assist guests at the Cash Cage counter Process cash, chip, and other negotiable transactions accurately Perform credit/debit advances and Canadian currency exchanges Support jackpots, tokes, and cash disbursements for staff Provide information on casino services, promotions, and events Assist with Player's Club enrollment and account maintenanceQualifications:
High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 Strong communication and customer service skills Prior cash handling, computer, and multi-line phone experience preferred Ability to multitask with accuracy and maintain professionalism Must qualify for aWashington State Class III Gaming License Work Environment:
