Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Shift Supervisor Cage to join our casino operations team in Kenner, United States. In this role, you will oversee daily cage operations, supervise cashiers, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Supervise and coordinate daily cage operations and cashier activities during assigned shiftsEnforce casino regulatory rules, internal controls, and accounting procedures to protect company assetsMonitor business demands and assist in making necessary scheduling and staffing adjustmentsTrain, mentor, and supervise cage personnel while promoting a positive team environmentHandle guest service inquiries and employee-related issues with professionalismManage marker bank operations and maintain accurate financial recordsEstablish and maintain collaborative relationships with all departmentsEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and gaming control board regulationsMonitor and verify cash transactions, credit extensions, and chip inventoriesImplement and maintain superior guest service standards for both internal and external customersQualificationsPrevious supervisory experience in a casino cage or financial environment requiredDemonstrated experience in cash handling and financial transactionsStrong mathematical skills and attention to detailProficiency in basic computer operations and casino management systemsExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsComprehensive knowledge of gaming regulations and responsible gaming practicesAbility to obtain and maintain required gaming licenseStrong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysExperience in conflict resolution and customer serviceAbility to maintain composure in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAdditional InformationBoyd Gaming is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
