The farm is looking for somebody to help us raise our young-stock. Feeding roughly 80 calves on milk and more on grain/hay which requires strong arms and a patient attitude. Very flexible schedule, but variable weekends are required. Shift times are 6am to 11am and 3pm to 8pm, so it is flexible for students. This is a temporary summer job, but can be discussed further. This task includes, but is not limited to: Lifting 5 Gallon full buckets Reporting sick calves Feeding the calves milk, water, grain, and hay. Caring for newborns and working around the mothers. Training will be provided, but experience is welcomed. Contact us on here to set-up an interview.
