Call Center Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join our Call Center team.

Schedule:

Full-time, 80 hours per pay period (two weeks) Monday

• Friday | 8:30 AM
• 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for call center staff Route calls efficiently to the appropriate RN or department Maintain accurate call center records for all physicians practicing at Lincoln Surgical Hospital Verify and update patient demographic information Communicate effectively with physician offices to obtain required documentation Coordinate with the OR Scheduling department regarding cancellations and patient discharges Provide general administrative support, including copying, faxing, filing, and ordering supplies High school diploma or equivalent required Previous healthcare experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Benefits Lincoln Surgical Hospital offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Flexible spending accounts 401(k) with company match Uniform reimbursement Short•and long-term disability coverage Access to a 24/7 wellness center
