In this role, you will handle incoming calls, assist with collect call processing, transfer calls accurately, and provide professional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer high-volume incoming calls courteously and professionallyProcess collect calls and transfer calls according to proceduresCommunicate clearly with inmates and their relativesAccurately document call information in company systemsFollow security protocols, scripts, and company policiesMaintain quality, attendance, and productivity standards

Qualifications:
