Hourly + Bonus About Us Tailored Roofing and Remodeling is a leading provider in the home remodeling industry, specializing in high-quality roofing and renovation solutions. We showcase our products and services at home shows and trade events as well as receive leads through internet lead sources across Kansas, Kansas City, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Arkansas and Missouri, engaging with homeowners to help them transform their living spaces. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Team Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy motivating people, have a passion for helping team members reach goals and have a strong sense of attention to detail. If you are outgoing, persuasive, and eager to help our growing team this is the position for you! Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists. Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads. Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure a professional and engaging customer experience. Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Meet or exceed teams daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets. Handle objections and provide basic information about our products/services. Help with training new hires. Side-By-Side training and coaching on the floor. Motivating your team to strive to be the best. Make sure your team is hitting quotas. Pull reports weekly on team and send to upper management. Daily and weekly, focus on your team members that need to bring numbers up and complete coaching when needed. Meet weekly with the call center manager to go over metrics and game plan. Qualifications ✔Experience:
Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred. ✔Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach. ✔Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM software, dialers, and basic office applications. ✔Goal-Oriented:
Motivated by targets and able to handle a fast-paced environment. ✔Resilience & Persistence:
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. ✔Time Management:
