• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes or community settings
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track progress with accurate, simple data collection
• Support skill-building in communication, independence, and social behavior
• Build strong connections with children and their families
• Partner closely with your supervising BCBA to ensure quality and consistency What We're Looking For

• Strong reliability, professionalism, and communication skills
• Patience, compassion, and a desire to grow
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Prior ABA experience or experience working with children on the Autism spectrum Additional Details
• Sessions take place in the client's home or community
• Part-time position
• Minimum 6-month commitment
• You have the option to complete the 40-hour RBT course.
