Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure security cameras, alarm systems, and related equipment for residential and commercial clients. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal functionality. Test equipment functionality, calibrate systems, and adjust system settings according to customer specifications and manufacturer guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation and maintenance services. Educate clients on system usage and assist with any technical questions or concerns. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and industry regulations and safety standards, including adherence to OSHA and fall protection requirements. Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and service calls for reference and quality assurance. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2+ Years of full-time proven track record in security system installations, specifically cameras and alarms, in residential or commercial environments.

Licenses:

ACE certification is required for this role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with installation tools, devices, and technology platforms related to security systems. Must have basic tools needed for trade.

Communication Skills:

Strong ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues; ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, lifting 60+lbs, and working at heights.

Driving Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel locally for installations.

Safety Commitment:

Knowledgeable in OSHA regulations, fall protection, and other relevant safety practices.

Compliance:

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as needed.
