Champions is bringing our Champ Camp Summer Camp experience to We're searching for enthusiastic, upbeat Camp Counselors who love nature, fresh air, and the magic of summertime! Our best counselors bring Champions curriculum to life, spark curiosity in children of all ages, and fuel days filled with exploration, learning, and big camp fun. Our camp takes place at Old Sturbridge Academy at 2 Old Sturbridge Village Rd, Sturbridge, MA. and runs June through August, Monday-Friday. During the school year, September - June, there are opportunities for staff to stay on as afterschool teachers (schedule is 2:30-6 Tuesday-Friday and 1:30-6 on Monday). Your Role on the Trail  Team up with fellow counselors to bring Champions curriculum to life  Encourage participation and create energetic, engaging spaces where kids thrive  Lead and supervise all aspects of camper safety and well-being each day  Build trust with families and spark meaningful parent engagement  Cultivate strong relationships with campers, families, and community partners Gear You'll Need for the Journey  Previous camp counselor or child supervision experience preferred (i.e. daycare, before/afterschool teacher, classroom setting).
