Job Description

Description This is a part-time position up to 15 hours a week. Includes working Sunday's. Hourly Range $24.00 to $27.00 ROLE SUMMARY Under the oversight of the Campus Worship Pastor, the Music Director champions the musical vision of the campus by bridging the gap between creative planning and technical execution. They serve as the primary architect of the weekend's sound, leading musicians in preparation and execution that ensures every service is musically excellent and spiritually engaging.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following: Actively participates in the systems that have been established by ONE&ALL Worship to create successful weekends, healthy team culture, and God-honoring worship. Aim to execute the vision of their Worship Pastor, provide direction for their worship team, and create an excellent worship experience for the congregation. Oversee the musical journey of a service including preparation, rehearsals, runthroughs, and live services. Develops and disciples campus musicians by providing clear direction and constructive feedback, fostering a culture of growth where volunteers are both musically equipped and spiritually encouraged. Ensures technical and creative synergy by collaborating with the Central Worship team to maintain stylistic consistency and "the ONE&ALL sound" across all weekend services and special events.

Continue to grow as a follower of Christ, so that what you do overflows from your relationship with Him. Faithfully give to the Lord through ONE&ALL Church in a way that is consistent, sacrificial and follows the first fruit principle with a tithe being the benchmark to grow towards. Live out the ONE&ALL Staff Values in relationships with other staff, congregation and community. Attend a ONE&ALL Campus Service regularly. Serve at Easter and Christmas.
