Whether it's our coastal outdoor farm or our climate-controlled indoor facility, our mission is to produce clean, high-potency cannabis with intent. As we scale our reach across Maine, we are looking for a professional driver to be the final link between our facility and our retail partners. The Role We are looking for a reliable, professional Delivery Specialist to handle B2B distributions. In this role, you aren't just a driver; you are a brand ambassador. You will be responsible for the safe transport of product in our company-provided delivery van (unmarked), ensuring every order arrives on time, in perfect condition, and fully compliant with state regulations.

Key Responsibilities Order Distribution:

Execute delivery routes across Maine, dropping off orders at licensed dispensaries.

Fleet Management:

Responsible for the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company van. You represent Izi on the road, so a clean vehicle and safe driving are top priorities.

Compliance & Metrc:

Accurately manage transport manifests and state-mandated paperwork. You must verify every order with the receiving manager to ensure 100% accuracy.

Secure Transport:

Follow all SOPs regarding the security of the product during transit and during the intake process at stores.

Professionalism:

Maintain a positive, professional relationship with our retail partners. You are the "face" of the company for our B2B accounts.

Requirements Clean Driving Record:

A valid Maine driver's license and a clean driving history are required for insurance purposes.

Age/Background:

Must be 21+ and able to pass a state-mandated background check per the Maine Office of Cannabis Policy.

Reliability:

Since we deliver to stores with specific intake windows, punctuality is essential.

Availability:

Must be available 2-3 days per week (specific days to be discussed). Qualifications Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or a customer-facing role preferred. Strong attention to detail, especially regarding paperwork and inventory counts. Ability to use GPS and basic digital apps for logging deliveries. Physical ability to load/unload delivery crates (up to 50 lbs).

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
