Key Responsibilities :

Pre-Roll Production :

Prepare, weigh, roll, and pack cannabis products, maintaining consistency in size, weight, and quality.

Quality Control :

Inspect products at each stage of production to ensure they meet our quality standards and adhere to OMMA guidelines.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance :

Operate pre-roll machinery and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

Inventory Management :

Assist in tracking and managing stock levels of materials and supplies to maintain efficient production.

Compliance :

Follow all OMMA regulations and ensure compliance with state guidelines on safety, cleanliness, and quality.

Qualifications :

OMMA Credential :

Must have a valid OMMA credential, though we're willing to assist the right candidate in obtaining one.

Experience :

Prior experience in cannabis manufacturing or a similar production environment is preferred, but we value a strong work ethic and attention to detail above all.

Timeliness :

Punctuality and reliability are essential, as we depend on our technicians to keep production on schedule.
