Cannabis Production Worker

Cannabis Production Associate Position Summary The Cannabis Production Associate is responsible for supporting all aspects of cannabis cultivation, trimming, packaging, post-harvest processing, sanitation, and record-keeping. This role requires working across multiple departments to ensure efficient daily operations while maintaining compliance with all company procedures and state regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced cultivation and production environment. Duties and Responsibilities Cultivation Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of cannabis cultivation operations including cloning, transplanting, feeding, watering, pruning, defoliating, pest management, and harvesting. Maintain clean cultivation rooms and properly dispose of cannabis waste. Sanitize all cultivation tools, equipment, and workspaces daily. Follow sanitation, and cultivation SOPs. Support cultivation staff and management with daily operational goals and assigned tasks. Trimming and Post-Harvest Responsibilities Perform trimming of harvested cannabis flower. Assist with post-trimming handling, storage, weighing, and record-keeping. Remove and properly dispose of cannabis waste and maintain organized post-harvest workspaces. Follow trimming and post-harvest SOPs and sanitation procedures. Meet productivity and quality standards set by management. Packaging and Processing Responsibilities Assist with filling, labeling, packaging, and storage of finished cannabis products. Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Assist with cleaning and maintenance of packaging and production areas. General Responsibilities Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner while adhering to company policies and government regulations. Assist with facility cleaning, sanitation, and organization across all departments. Support continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members and management to meet production goals and deadlines. Complete additional duties as assigned by management. Working Environment Fast-paced cultivation and production environment. Standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and repetitive motions for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 35+ lbs. Exposure to loud equipment, varying temperatures, humidity, and strong cannabis odors. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Work includes indoor cultivation rooms with LED lights. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain compliance standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

Pay:
