Cannabis farm located in Banks, OR looking for an additional Trim Team member. We offer full-time, year-round work! No seasonal layoffs! Must have reliable personal transportation

• Rural area not located on bus line. Best suited to someone living on the west side (Beaverton, Hillsboro, Forest Grove, etc.) This is NOT a supervisory/management position
• work experience required and must be able to take direction This is NOT a grower position
• will not be working within grow rooms or tending to live plants Cannabis trimming experience required Work in climate-controlled building with natural lighting, adjustable height workstations.

Listen to your own music or podcasts while you trim! Duties will include trimming of harvested plants, bucking, cleaning of work areas, assisting with outdoor harvest in the fall season Must consistently have strong attention to detail as we are a top-shelf brand Ability to sit/stand for an 8 hour shift and perform repetitive hand/arm motions with regular stretch breaks, rest breaks, and lunch break Full Time hours, M-F 6:00 AM

• 2:30 PM, occasional overtime hours available $17.00
• $19.00 per hour to start depending on experience
• increases based on merit.
