Canvas Supervisor - Water Quality Surveys (No Sales)

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvas Supervisor conducting water quality surveys with local homeowners. Manage a Team of Canvassers. This is a non-sales position — your role is strictly to gather data through brief, structured surveys, and lead a team. No selling is involved.

Responsibilities:

Walk assigned neighborhoods and knock on doors Conduct short water quality surveys with homeowners Accurately record responses and feedback Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times Report progress and data collected daily Manage performance opportunities for your team Lead Daily Training sessions for whole team, and address daily house cleaning needs Keep team Safe, Productive and in High Spirts while out in the field.

Requirements:

Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods Dependable and punctual Must be 18 or older Valid Drivers liscene, Reliable Transportation Driving Team to location Saftley Previous canvassing or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredWhy Join Us? Pay Structure:
