Car Sales Consultant

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Conduct public speaking presentations to promote products and services. Manage inventory control to ensure product availability and accuracy. Support outside sales efforts by following up on leads and maintaining customer relationships. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective strategies for market penetration. Provide sales support by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings and market trends. Experience Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred. Strong skills in upselling and customer engagement. Excellent public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a broader customer base. Familiarity with inventory control processes is a plus. Experience in sales management or providing sales support will be beneficial. $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
