What You'll Do:

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert guidance in finding the perfect match. Conduct test drives to highlight vehicle features and create an unforgettable customer experience. Negotiate sales contracts within company guidelines, maximizing profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaborate with your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving dealership success. Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into real sales, growing your customer base. Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle features, and promotions to better serve your customers.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused, results-driven mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license. A high school diploma or equivalent.
