Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate new sales opportunities. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicles, emphasizing features that align with customer preferences. Negotiate deals effectively, balancing customer satisfaction with dealership profitability while maintaining transparency. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and closing activities. Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance the customer's ownership experience. Maintain detailed inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with market demand. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive dealership experience. Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and B2B (business-to-business) sales experience. Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems. Demonstrated negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases. Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and marketing strategies is advantageous. Strong mathematical skills including retail math for calculating deals, discounts, and profit margins.
