As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, showcasing our vehicle inventory, and ensuring a positive experience that fosters long-term relationships. Duties Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to demonstrate features and benefits. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet sales targets. Maintain an organized approach to follow up with leads and prospects. Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with potential buyers. Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about market trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Attend dealership events and community outreach activities to promote brand awareness. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with public speaking capabilities. Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust quickly. Familiarity with outside sales techniques is a plus. A genuine interest in the automotive industry and staying updated on market trends. A valid driver's license is required.
