We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to join our team as an Automotive Production & Vehicle Measurement Technician. This role involves working hands-on with vehicles, vinyl films, measurements, computers, and Adobe Illustrator files to help create high-quality automotive products used by customers across the country. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday Able to lift at least 30 pounds Good hand coordination and attention to detail Someone who takes pride in doing quality work consistently Preferred Qualifications Passion for cars and the automotive industry Experience using Adobe Illustrator Experience working in production, manufacturing, or fast-paced environments Experience with vinyl wrap, tint, PPF, or automotive customization Bilingual is a plus, but not required Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Benefits Health insurance Retirement plan (matching) Performance-based bonuses Overtime opportunities when eligible Company-paid Food on Fridays Growth opportunities as the company continues to expand Who Will Succeed in This Role The ideal person for this position is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work.
