Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their vehicle cleaning needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Operate various car wash equipment safely and efficiently, including automated wash systems and hand-washing stations Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, window washing, buffing, and applying protective coatings or waxes to enhance vehicle appearance Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties like sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to uphold safety and hygiene standards Conduct quality checks on vehicles post-cleaning to ensure all services meet company standards and customer expectations Manage cash register operations or payment processing accurately when applicable Support additional services such as window tinting or minor detailing as needed to provide comprehensive vehicle care Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or janitorial roles is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Basic knowledge of car wash techniques, detailing, buffing, and cleaning procedures is advantageous Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Valid driver's license is preferred for assisting with vehicle movement or related tasks Experience with custodial work or janitorial services will be considered a plus Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods Join us at Scooters car wash in creating a clean, shiny environment that leaves every customer smiling!
