As the Nurse Manager of Cath Lab, responsibilities span daily operations, staffing and scheduling, budget stewardship, inventory and vendor optimization, accreditation readiness, policy development, competency validation, radiation safety, quality metrics (including door-to-balloon performance and procedural outcomes), and patient-flow innovation.
