Employed Call Schedule:

Phone Only Rotated Weekly Every 7

Weeks Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus:

Compensation:

$110k

• $120k salary (Package prorated for .6 FTE
• Sign-on bonus
• Up to $12,000 earned productivity bonus

DETAILS

• Provide routine primary care as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising Physician
• Provide Family Planning services as requested according to protocol
• Provide prenatal services as requested according to protocol-Provide care to both a pediatric and adult patient panel

QUALIFICATIONS

• IL License

REQUIRED

• At least 1 year of experience in primary care as a PA
