An independent, physician-led hospital in the Colorado Rockies is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon (Cardiac Focus) to take on a leadership role within its expanding Heart & Vascular program. This is a rare opportunity to combine high-level cardiac surgery with program leadership and growth. Position Highlights

• Leadership-focused role with program development responsibilities
• Primarily cardiac surgery (CABG, valve, etc.)
• Opportunity to shape and grow cardiac surgery services
• Collaborative cardiovascular team (Interventional, EP, Cardiology)
• APP and multidisciplinary support
