In this assisted living (RCAC) role, you will lead Resident Care Assistants through coaching, collaboration, and hands-on support while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our residents. This position works under the leadership of a full-time Nurse Director. Position Overview As a Care Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direct resident care services, including: Coaching and supporting Resident Care Assistants Collaborating on problem-solving and care team operations Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Medication administration Housekeeping and laundry services Maintaining high standards of resident care and service excellence Schedule 30 hours per week Five 6-hour shifts, Monday through Friday Eligible for full-time benefits On-Call Responsibilities This role includes shared on-call coverage with the

Evenings until 9:00 PM Weekends and holidays from 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM On-call responsibilities typically include answering care team questions and may also require shift coverage for call-ins.

Qualifications Qualified candidates should have:

Minimum of 5 years of caregiver experience, preferably with adults age 60+ Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills A passion for delivering high-quality resident care
