Skilled in delivering personalized care that promotes independence, safety, and overall well-being. Known for adaptability, professionalism, and a positive approach to new environments, including short-term travel assignments across multiple states. Brings expertise in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), patient monitoring, medication support, and health documentation , combined with strong computer literacy and meticulous attention to detail. Certified in First Aid and CPR , with additional knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, developmental disabilities, and veteran-specific care needs. Travel & Multi-State Assignments:
