Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work with clients across the entire lifespan. Whether you are supporting a child with developmental needs or assisting a senior with daily living, your role is to provide a stable, caring, and respectful environment where our clients can thrive.
What You'll Do
Provide Holistic Care:
Deliver personalized support to clients ranging from children to seniors. This includes assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, and ensuring a safe home environment.Support & Advocacy:
Work closely with individuals who have disabilities or developmental delays. You will help them navigate their day, encourage autonomy, and ensure their specific care plans are followed with precision and kindness.Communication:
Act as a bridge between the client, their family, and our office. We value clear, transparent communication—you are the eyes and ears on the ground, and your feedback is essential to the care we provide.Build Relationships:

Experience or comfort working with children, adults, and seniors. Proven history of working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays. Valid driver's license and current insurance is preferred. Reliable transportation.
