Duties Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap schedules for young children Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development and early learning Support children with disabilities by implementing individualized care plans and behavior management strategies Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health protocols and safety guidelines Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about daily progress, concerns, or special needs Support early childhood education initiatives by teaching basic skills and encouraging social interaction Qualifications Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR required or willing to obtain upon hire Experience working with children of various ages including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with disabilities Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment Passion for caring for children and supporting their growth through engaging activities Join us in creating a joyful, supportive space where children can thrive!
