Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to children and individuals with diverse needs. Duties Provide attentive care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times for infants and toddlers Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive conduct and resolve conflicts effectively Collaborate with families and team members to develop individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards including first aid procedures when necessary Use teaching techniques rooted in early childhood education principles to foster curiosity and developmental milestones Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, or nannying roles Classroom experience or childcare training that demonstrates knowledge of childhood development stages Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Knowledge of infant care practices including feeding schedules, diapering routines, and sleep routines Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus but not required Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable to ensure safety during emergencies Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members Join us as a Caregiver and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to nurturing the next generation!
