Description Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home and community-based care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others, a strong understanding of patient needs, and the ability to work independently. A reliable vehicle is required to facilitate client visits, and a valid driver's license is essential. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities and medical needs.Duties:
Personal care, bathing, grooming Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior to the agency Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality at all times Implement personalized care plans designed by healthcare teams or social workers Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-beingRequirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are mandatory for travel Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, or hospice care preferred Knowledge of patient observation, monitoring vital signs, medication administration, and safety protocols such as CPR and first aid certification preferred Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer's/dementia, or memory care is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care plans accurately Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful and dignified care Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Join our team if you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those in need of compassionate caregiving.
