Job Description
Overview Join our dedicated caregiving team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with diverse needs. As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, attentive, and personalized care that fosters growth, safety, and happiness. This rewarding role offers an opportunity to support early childhood development, assist with daily routines, and create a nurturing environment for those in your care. Duties Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, supporting their physical and emotional needs Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times in accordance with individual schedules Engage children in educational activities that promote childhood development, early childhood education, and classroom learning experiences Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive social interactions and emotional well-being Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing appropriate assistance Maintain a safe environment by monitoring play areas, conducting safety checks, and following health protocols including first aid when necessary Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, routines, and any concerns Skills Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying or working in daycare or preschool settings with classroom experience Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Ability to implement behavior management techniques effectively and compassionately Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable First aid certification and knowledge of basic emergency response procedures Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families and team members Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting families Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to enriching lives through compassionate caregiving. Pay:
