Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance in
FREMONT/VALLEY, NEBRASKA.
As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personal care and support in various settings, including home care, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for those you care for. Weekly Pay Direct Deposit Flexible work schedule Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide medication administration and ensure adherence to care plans. Monitor vital signs and report any changes in the client's condition to healthcare professionals. Prepare meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness in the client's living area and assist with light housekeeping tasks. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Support clients with mobility challenges using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary. Provide specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or developmental disabilities. Document patient observations and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health, hospice care, or long-term care is preferred. Knowledge of first aid and CPR is essential; certification is a plus. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs, including autism or developmental disabilities. Strong patient observation skills to monitor changes in health status effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs. Familiarity with cleaning practices and maintaining a safe environment for clients. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
