Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals across various age groups, including children, toddlers, infants, and adults with disabilities. Responsibilities Deliver attentive caregiving to children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene management for infants and young children Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive conduct and resolve conflicts effectively Provide specialized care for individuals with disabilities by adapting activities and environments to meet their unique needs Maintain a clean, organized environment in accordance with safety standards and childcare regulations Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about daily progress, milestones, and any concerns that arise Skills Proven experience in childcare or caregiving roles such as babysitting, nannying, or working in daycare or preschool settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Ability to perform first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Strong understanding of working with individuals with disabilities and implementing appropriate support strategies Excellent behavior management skills to foster positive interactions and discipline when necessary Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including feeding routines and developmental activities Effective teaching skills to promote learning through play-based methods Compassionate attitude with the ability to connect genuinely with children and their families Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing nurturing care that supports growth, learning, and happiness.
