Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional well-being Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times for infants and toddlers Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive conduct and address challenges with patience and understanding Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences, maintaining open communication Support individuals with disabilities by assisting with mobility, personal care, medication reminders, and daily tasks Create a nurturing environment that fosters childhood education through play-based learning and teaching moments Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR required or willing to obtain upon hire Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members Ability to manage behavior positively while maintaining patience and empathy Flexibility to adapt to different routines and care needs for children at various stages of development Join us in delivering exceptional caregiving that enriches lives!
