• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly
• Assist with medical coding and billing procedures
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable
• Requirements
• Previous experience in dental office setting required
• Proficiency in medical billing, insurance verification, and coding
• Familiarity with dental software Dentrix
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
