Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as needed. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. Maintain detailed records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions. Requirements Previous care giving experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required. Must be over 18 years old. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and assist with mobility. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
