Duties Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support early childhood education activities, including teaching basic skills and encouraging curiosity Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap times for young children Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional regulation Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Use classroom experience and childcare techniques to foster developmental milestones in a nurturing setting Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies Passion for caregiving and supporting the growth of young children through teaching and nurturing Join us in creating a joyful environment where children can thrive!
