BrightStar Care is hiring Behavior Support Caregivers (Autism & Special Needs) who want to make a real impact . This role is perfect for candidates with experience as a DSP, Autism Caregiver, Behavior Technician, ABA Support Worker, Behavioral Health Aide, or Special Needs Caregiver . Who Thrives in This Role Able to provide consistent continuity care: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM

• 8:30 AM (Morning Caregiver / School Drop‑Off) 3:00 PM
