Our caregivers play a vital role in helping clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Pay & Benefits Starting Pay:

$14.50 per hour Weekly Direct Deposit Flexible Scheduling•based on your availability

Mileage Reimbursement:

$0.40 per mile between client visits Paid Training & Orientation Health Insurance•available after 90 days for full-time employees

Paid Time Off:

40 hours after one year (averaging 30+ hours/week) Caregiver Recognition Programs•bonuses, appreciation events, and incentives Caregiver Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support in the client's home Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation assistance Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Provide medication reminders Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or recovery needs Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment Qualifications & Requirements Prior caregiving experience required (home care, facility, or similar setting) Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor Strong communication skills Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Reliable transportation Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Ability to pass a background check in accordance with Kentucky regulations Negative TB test CPR certification Ability to attend in-person orientation in Owensboro, KY Two forms of legal identification (e.g., driver's license and Social Security card) This Position Is Well-Suited For Experienced caregivers seeking stable part-time or full-time work CNAs or caregivers transitioning from facility-based care Professionals looking for consistent schedules and local assignments Individuals passionate about providing high-quality, one-on-one care Apply Today Daily phone interviews and weekly in-person orientations are available.
