Duties:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by nurses or healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and record vital signs as required.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed to assist individuals with mobility.

Qualifications:

```

• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to follow instructions and care plans accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.
