Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, ambulation, transfers) Provide transportation to grocery stores, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits Support clients with active and passive mobility exercises as outlined in their care plan Document any changes in the client's condition and report to the

Director of Nursing Requirements:

CNA preferred but not required; Home Health Aides will be considered High school diploma or GED CPR certification and a negative TB skin test or chest X-ray (we can assist with obtaining these) Valid driver's license, insured and reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality Strong communication skills in English Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and lift up to 50 pounds (based on client mobility) We encourage candidates with experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar roles to apply.
